Relationship Manager

With over 27 years of sales and account management experience across industries as varied as media, construction, and training, I’ve built my career on strong relationships and a passion for helping people and businesses thrive. From selling advertising campaigns at TVNZ and APN Outdoor to managing a busy branch in the transport and civil construction industry, I’ve always been drawn to roles where connection, communication, and client care come first.

My career highlights include leading national accounts, signing exclusive contracts, and turning cold leads into lasting partnerships. I’m equally comfortable on the showroom floor, out on the road with key clients, or presenting to a room full of decision-makers. I’ve also stepped into health and safety roles and worked with SMEs to help them meet compliance standards—so I understand the real pressures businesses face.

Joining Aspire2 Workplace Communication as a Relationship Manager is a natural fit. I’m excited to use my experience to support companies in developing their people and strengthening workplace culture. Seeing teams grow in confidence and capability through our programmes is the best part of the job.

Outside of work, I enjoy weight training and yoga, wine and cheese nights, and most recently discovered pure entertainment in line dancing, after all life is all about balance!
