Relationship Manager (Sales Superstar)

Aspire2 Workplace Communication is looking for an outstanding salesperson. As we see more and more interest in our programmes, month on month and year on year, we are looking for further resource to get out and explain our offering.

With a mix of hunting and relationship-building skills, you will be passionate about adult education and empowering people’s lives. Whilst experience in the education industry is an advantage. What is more important is you are results-driven, professional, and genuine.

Our ideal candidate has the following:

  • Has an existing established network with NZ’s medium to large employers

  • A mix of hunter and farmer (approx. 80% of the role is hunter, so you will not be afraid to cold call)

  • Experience in using a CRM system (ideal but not essential)

  • Experience in the education industry (ideal but not essential)

  • Able to build rapport and relationships with CEOs through to janitors

  • Trustworthy – do what you say you will do

  • Able to travel (minimal)

Programme Manager (Training – Project Management extraordinaire)

Aspire2 Workplace Communication is looking for an outstanding Programme Manager to join our team. This is a varied role where you can combine your commercial understanding and the ability to manage the delivery of our workplace communication training programmes. No two days are the same.

You will be passionate about adult education and giving people increased opportunities in their workplaces and improved skills in their day to day lives. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the delivery of high quality training programmes to meet the ever-changing demands of the workplace communication space. You will have experience in adult education and hold the relevant qualifications.

It is critical you can demonstrate a strong client service philosophy and good commercial acumen. You will manage the delivery of our fully funded workplace communication training programmes, from initial engagement with clients to graduation. The role entails working collaboratively with clients on development of the programmes, communicating regularly during programme delivery, reporting and check-in’s with learners and clients, and tutor management. You will ensure we deliver our workplace communication programmes to the highest standard, seeking opportunities for further programme delivery and building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Our clients come back time and time again and so from the successes of your programmes you will also have confidence to promote and manage repeat programme opportunities.

Our ideal candidate has the following:

  • Strong commercial skills, including the ability to sell, build exceptional relationships and problem solve for clients.

  • Enjoy dealing with a wide range of clients and stakeholders

  • Ability to work closely with sales and marketing team to creatively design bespoke programmes which are focussed on solving current business challenges.

  • Instructional design and programme content writing experience and capability.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and problem solve.

  • A quality driven, proactive mindset.

  • Strong business report writing skills.

  • Strong computer/ IT literacy skills.

  • Able to travel

  • Previous experience within an adult learning environment

  • Literacy, Numeracy and /or ESOL tutoring embedding experience

  • An adult literacy qualification, such as NCALNE or equivalent

  • An education-related tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential)

  • Knowledge of Te Reo Māori and tikanga practices, and/or working knowledge of Pacifika languages and cultures.
