Business Development Manager
Location: Auckland
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who loves meeting new people and thrives on turning conversations into partnerships that make a real difference. Eligibility Criteria
- A strong B2B sales track record with proven success in Business Development or Relationship Management
- An established network you can tap into or the mindset and energy to build one quickly
- A genuine passion for connecting with people and creating new opportunities
- The confidence to engage from the factory floor to the boardroom
- Professional communication skills; written, verbal, and in presentations
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and stay ahead of targets
- A willingness to travel nationally when required
- A growth mindset, initiative, and appreciation for great team culture
