Business Development Manager

Location: Auckland

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who loves meeting new people and thrives on turning conversations into partnerships that make a real difference. Eligibility Criteria

  • A strong B2B sales track record with proven success in Business Development or Relationship Management
  • An established network you can tap into or the mindset and energy to build one quickly
  • A genuine passion for connecting with people and creating new opportunities
  • The confidence to engage from the factory floor to the boardroom
  • Professional communication skills; written, verbal, and in presentations
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and stay ahead of targets
  • A willingness to travel nationally when required
  • A growth mindset, initiative, and appreciation for great team culture
