Relationship Manager (South Island focus)

What You’ll Do:
- Scout new business opportunities across the South Island and partner with New Zealand’s leading employers to deliver life-changing training programmes.
- Collaborate closely with our Programme Managers to tailor programmes that meet diverse workplace needs.
- Be a trusted partner to our long-term clients, identifying new ways to support their teams’ growth and success.
- Grow alongside a dynamic team, with exciting opportunities for career progression and cross-functional projects within the Aspire2 Group.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Experience: Your a proven BDM with an established network of NZ’s medium-to-large employers, bringing a strong balance of hunting (80%) and farming skills.
- Relationship Builder: Able to connect with everyone from the factory floor to the CEO, fostering trust and collaboration.
- CRM Savvy: Comfortable tracking your pipeline and staying organised in a CRM.
- Reliable & Resilient: Known for doing what you say you will, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting to groups and handling discussions at all levels.
- Flexibility & Travel: This role has a focus on South Island growth, so you will be either Christchurch or Auckland based, from which you can travel to clients during the week

VR Training Deliverer (Contract role)
Are you tech-savvy, energetic, and great with people? Do you love the idea of using Virtual Reality (VR) to make workplace training engaging, interactive, and effective?
We’re looking for a VR Deliverer to take our innovative VR training into workplaces across New Zealand. You’ll be the friendly face introducing learners to this exciting new way of developing essential skills—in conflict de-escalation, communication, leadership and more.
What you’ll do:
- Bring VR training to life at workplaces, helping learners gain confidence and skills.
- Set up and operate VR equipment, ensuring a smooth, engaging experience.
- Guide participants through interactive training modules, explaining everything clearly—even to those new to VR.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment where everyone feels comfortable and engaged.
What we’re looking for:
- A strong communicator who can explain new technology in a simple, engaging way.
- Someone who is comfortable with technology and quick to troubleshoot small issues.
- An enthusiastic, people-focused person who enjoys working with different teams.
- Someone who’s happy to travel to client sites and deliver training independently.
