Flexible Online Learning Support
Online Learning now available
At Aspire2 Workplace Communication, our programmes are designed to build confidence, capability and real workplace application. While our learning is typically delivered in group settings to encourage discussion and shared experience, we understand that flexibility matters.
To further support learners currently enrolled in our programmes, we offer live, standalone online sessions that strengthen and extend learning alongside regular classes.
These sessions are designed to complement — not replace — your core programme.

What are standalone online sessions?
Standalone sessions are live, tutor-led online workshops available exclusively to learners currently enrolled in an Aspire2 Workplace Communication course.
- Catch up on a topic you may have missed.
Revisit a subject to strengthen understanding.
Dive deeper into an area introduced in class.
Explore a related topic not covered in depth in your scheduled sessions.
Build additional confidence in a specific skill area.
Each session runs for two hours and is scheduled at various times of the day, including evenings and weekends, to support working learners.
Your tutor will guide you on upcoming topics and advise when a session may benefit you.
Can programmes be delivered fully online?
Yes, our programmes can be delivered fully online where required.
However, experience shows that learners benefit from supported onboarding before beginning fully online delivery. This may include:
- Face-to-face induction, or
- Extended online orientation to build digital confidence
This ensures learners are technically confident and able to engage fully throughout the programme.

When would I use a standalone session?
You were unable to attend a scheduled class.
- You would like to repeat a topic to ensure full comprehension.
You want to extend your learning beyond what was covered.
- You feel you need additional practice in a particular area.
- Build additional confidence in a specific skill area.
These webinar sessions support ownership of learning and help you build confidence.
What do I need to participate?
To join a standalone online session, you will need:
- A reliable internet connection.
- A laptop or device with a camera and a microphone capability.
- A quiet space where you can participate actively.
These sessions are interactive and discussion-based, so active participation is encouraged.

What next?
