Andrew is a results-driven SaaS and B2B sales leader who thrives on building high-performing teams and driving meaningful commercial outcomes. With a career spanning sales leadership, customer success, and enterprise relationship management across New Zealand, Australia, and the UK, he brings a deep understanding of what it takes to grow revenue, strengthen culture, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Andrew has led teams including Customer Success and Delivery, and Sales, most recently holding senior roles at RedShield and First AML, where he sat on the Senior Leadership Team. He is known for his ability to motivate and develop people, create operational efficiency, and lead strategic transitions, including guiding more than 30 managed-service customers onto a new SaaS platform and generating significant cost savings through improved delivery operations.

Earlier, as NZ Sales Manager for ELMO Software, Andrew built a brand-new sales team from the ground up, consistently exceeded revenue targets, and helped shape the organisation’s go-to-market strategy.
