We’re on the hunt for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager who knows how to build relationships, spot opportunities, and close the deal. At Aspire2 Workplace Communication, we partner with organisations to upskill their people in literacy, numeracy, and communication – unlocking stronger, more productive teams across Aotearoa.
This role focuses on the South Island, so you’ll ideally have an established network you’re ready to tap into and a strong track record of success in B2B sales.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving growth – Identify new business opportunities and partner with employers across New Zealand.
- Building relationships – Work with clients from the factory floor to the boardroom, tailoring solutions to their needs.
- Collaborating for success – Partner with our expert Programme Managers to deliver training that makes a difference.
- Expanding our impact – Maintain strong connections with existing clients while continuously seeking new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales expertise – A proven BDM or Relationship Manager with experience working with medium-to-large NZ businesses.
- A natural connector – Skilled at fostering trust and engagement across all levels of an organisation.
- Resilient & results-driven – Proactive, solutions-focused, and ready to deliver on commitments.
- Confident communicator – Comfortable presenting to groups and leading meaningful discussions.
- CRM savvy & organised – Able to manage pipelines and stay ahead of opportunities.
- Flexibility & travel – While based in Auckland or Christchurch, you’ll also engage with clients across NZ.
