Programme Delivery Manager

Lucille has been with Aspire2 Workplace Communication since 2017. She brings a wealth of business experience across a range of sectors including food manufacturing, IT, primary produce, exporting, commercial cleaning and hospitality.

Her working career began in Germany with a large American IT company. This gave her a real appreciation for the communication challenges faced by multi-cultural teams. She also saw the importance of upskilling employees to maximise the use of new innovations and systems.

Lucille‘s focus is ensuring simple, efficient business systems. This means the team can put their energy and focus into delivering quality programmes for our clients and learners

She believes it is important to have clearly defined measurements around success. In today’s challenging environment, businesses expect a return on any investment in training and Lucille gets great satisfaction from being part of a team which delivers on this promise!

Qualifications: Bachelor of Management Studies (Hons) from Waikato University.
