Systems and Reporting Lead

Zarina Martin is the Systems and Reporting Lead for Aspire2 Workplace Communication. She’s responsible for providing end-to-end administrative support for the entire Aspire2 Workplace Communication Team. Her previous experience was as Head of Sales Operations for a telecommunications company in the Philippines.

Zarina’s digital expertise and astute business acumen provide effective and efficient support to the team. Her skills mean she turns a company’s programme data into actionable business intelligence. As well, she organises all the training resources, programme-related reports and provides hands on assistance with digital devices and applications.

Zarina really enjoys working alongside a team with a shared goal – running programmes that will positively impact both the professional and personal lives of employees. She is often working behind the scenes but also takes every opportunity to interact with learners and tutors. She strives for excellence and is out to find solutions that will make everyone’s job a little easier. Going above and beyond is her norm!

Qualifications: B.Sc(Commerce);Grad Dip in Bus Admin.
